Located in the Vernon neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Mildred Hall is an intimate venue for weddings, micro-wedding ceremonies, celebrations, company off-sites and health workshops. Originally built in 1916, our church features beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for a variety of gathering options.

Presentation
Lecture, movie night, wedding slide show, work presentation- we have it covered with an Epson Home Cinema projector and Bose Sound Bar. 
Side Room
Off the Main Hall and en route to the back garden, the Side Room is a light-filled space ideal for getting ready, a quiet vow exchange, or simply a place for micro-wedding and wedding guests to gather between toasts.
Kitchen
The lower level of the church features a kitchen with ample space and equipment for crews to prepare for event services. The space also functions as a classroom for events and a project space for workshops. Visit the Sumner Studio website for information on our workshops and classes
Patio
The covered back patio keeps guests dry and shaded during events as they enjoy the views of the garden. 
Garden
Our landscaped garden is a gorgeous backdrop for an outdoor micro-wedding ceremony or garden wedding reception. Tables and chairs can be set up for guests to dine al fresco, and landscape lighting throughout the garden makes for a magical evening setting.
